He specializes in providing clients with a complete understanding of the return on a real estate investment as well as the deployment of capital from an occupier perspective.

Our consulting services cover both the real estate investor and businesses that occupy real estate. We provide acquisition and due diligence support, capital and debt structuring, ownership cost-benefit investment, exit support, and transaction services. From an investment perspective, we evaluate performance measurements, investment analysis before and after-tax. From a business occupancy perspective, our focus is workplace strategy, cost to occupy space, return on the deployment of capital, and the best mode to occupy real estate.
Joe Larkin started his real estate business in Denver in June 2012. He is a commercial and investment advisor and a broker. Previously he was EVP of a commercial real estate brokerage company in New York. With many years of experience, Joe delivers to his clients market intelligence, real work experience, and financial analytics that help his clients make the right real estate decision.
Mr. Larkin graduated cum laude from the University of Denver with a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment. Beyond the company, Mr. Larkin holds an Adjunct Professor appointment at the Burns School and the professional designations CCIM, MCR, and the SIOR Designation.
